Participation measurement
Observatory v75 participation coding — CRAIONS Observatory, 379 entries as of July 28, 2026. Of the 315 developments in which something was actually decided: creators a party in 20.6%, formally consulted in 7.5%, absent in 72.1%. Creators or their unions held the pen in 17.5%; without a union behind them, 6%. By year, creator presence ran 52% (2023), then 19%, 15% and 18%. Ties in the coding were broken toward “absent,” so 72% is a floor.
